The amber and red weather warnings that are currently in place across much of the east of Scotland means that services to our customers will be impacted.
From today, our teams will only be able to deal with emergency situations, and these will be risk assessed before confirmation that the work can go ahead and any travel can be undertaken. Red weather warnings in particular mean that travel should be avoided, and it’s therefore essential we balance the service to our customers with the safety of our workforce, tenants and people we support.

Out of hour repairs will follow the same risk assessment process. These should be reported on 08000 324 888.
