Angela Linton

Chief Executive

As Hillcrest’s Chief Executive, Angela is responsible for the overall management of the organisation. Angela works for the parent Hillcrest Homes board to develop the vision and strategy for the organisation and to seek new business opportunities.

Fiona Morrison

Deputy Chief Executive

Responsible for the management and direction of the delivery of development, maintenance and housing management services. Fiona is also company secretary for all the companies in the organisation.

Lesley Don

Director of Corporate Services

Lesley is responsible for the overall management of corporate services which includes Human Resources, Communications and Media, Risk Management, Procurement Complaints and other related compliance and governance issues.

John Booth

Director of Futures

John is responsible for the overall management of Hillcrest Futures. This involves working with the team to ensure that the people we provide care and support to are receiving the best service possible and that we strive to exceed regulator requirements.

Mark Percival

Director of Finance and Property

Mark is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of all the properties within Hillcrest including the management of the in-house maintenance team, Hillcrest Maintenance.

Angela Murphy

Head of Finance

Angela is responsible for leading the finance function, providing timely, high quality and effective financial information to all the companies within Hillcrest, as well ensuring the organisation meets regulatory and legislative requirements.

Claire Pickthall

Head of Housing & Enterprises

Claire has overall responsibility for the delivery of high-quality housing services for Hillcrest Enterprises and Hillcrest Homes. This includes advising the Boards and Executive Leadership Team on proposed strategies to improve services and operational performance.

Bryan Harris

Head of Innovation & Improvement

Bryan is responsible for the Innovation and Improvement team which comprises Business Transformation, IT and Sustainability.  The team manage a portfolio of business change and continuity initiatives to transform and improve Hillcrest’s internal processes, systems and services, aiming to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Chris Robb

Head of Business Development & Improvements

Chris is responsible for new business including tendering and grant funding, service and organisational improvements, organisational governance including regulatory compliance and internal audit. Chris is also responsible for Futures Learning and Development.

David Milton

Head of Development

David is responsible for the overall delivery of Hillcrest’s new build affordable housing development programme, including land acquisition and existing building regeneration.

David Conway

Head of Asset Management

David is responsible for ensuring all Hillcrest properties are managed and maintained in compliance with statutory and legislative requirements and for ensuring the delivery of high quality effective asset investment services.

James Thomson

Head of Maintenance

James is responsible for the smooth delivery of all aspects of maintenance works on Hillcrest housing stock across all our areas of operation.

 

Novella Tragham

Head of Human Resources

Novella is responsible for overseeing all the HR functions within Hillcrest, creating and enforcing HR policies and programs and driving Hillcrest’s people management strategy.
