To help, our specialist Tenant Services Officer is there to offer all Hillcrest Enterprises tenants a range of support, whether you are working or already receiving benefits.

Financial wellbeing advice and support includes:

  • Checking what benefits you may be eligible for and helping you apply
  • Help with Universal Credit applications of issues
  • Checking what grants and funds you may be eligible for
  • Helping you with any changes in household circumstances
  • Improving your general financial wellbeing

Energy advice and support includes:

  • Energy debt write off
  • Demonstrations on how to use heating and hot water systems most efficiently
  • Advice on how to reduce household energy consumption
  • Help with switching to cheaper suppliers and tariffs
  • Advice on energy grants and funds available, and helping you apply
