At Hillcrest Futures, we work every day to make a difference to the lives of the people we support.

We are seeking voluntary board members to join our board where you will play a key role in ensuring that we pursue our ambitions, are true to our values, and meet the expectations of a wide range of stakeholders, including the local authorities we contract with, the Care Inspectorate and our customers.

We are proud of the positive impact we create, and we’re looking for individuals who can share their skills and experience to support the governance and strategic direction of the organisation. If you also have an understanding of the pressures facing social care providers in the current economic climate and a genuine interest in being involved, then we want you on board.

We’d like to hear from people from a broad demographic background, who can support our Leadership Team in delivering our business plan, who are able to form sound and balanced independent views, and who can challenge in a constructive and collegial manner.

We pay out of pocket expenses and provide a thorough induction and developmental training.  An annual calendar is in place for all meetings which are held in a hybrid format, however there are occasions when attendance in person is a requirement.
