Hillcrest Annual Report 2025/26

We’re delighted to share Hillcrest’s Annual Report 2025/26, highlighting another year of supporting people, strengthening communities, and helping people live better lives.

Over the past year, we have:

• Continued investing in high-quality, affordable homes across our communities.
• Helped tenants secure more than £4 million in financial gains, including over £3 million through financial wellbeing support and £1 million in energy savings.
• Supported people facing challenging circumstances through our housing, care and support services, with strong Care Inspectorate gradings achieved across several Hillcrest Futures services.
• Launched our Net Zero Strategy and continued investing in sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.

These achievements reflect the dedication of our colleagues, board members, partners and communities, and our continued commitment to making a positive difference where it’s needed most.
