To address our highest emissions, we have established a Buildings Sub-Group, dedicated to exploring innovative design approaches and retrofit strategies to enhance the energy efficiency and sustainability of both existing and new properties owned or managed by Hillcrest. To ensure transparency and accountability, regular updates will be provided to Hillcrest’s Executive Leadership Team and Senior Team.
In addition, a bi-annual progress report will be submitted to the Operations Sub-Group Board, detailing the implementation of the Strategy. This report will highlight key achievements, identify challenges, and offer recommendations for further action.
