LCM Vans, a leading supplier of light commercial vehicles, has pledged an annual donation to the Hillcrest Foundation as part of a new four-year contract to supply light commercial vehicles to Hillcrest Maintenance.
This annual donation is a percentage of the overall contract value each year, with LCM Vans making their first donation of £8,158 at the end of last year.
LCM Vans has worked with Hillcrest Maintenance for several years, with the company recently having been successful in winning a new contract to supply specific vehicles tailored to Hillcrest Maintenance’s needs.
Last year, LCM Vans played a key role in helping Hillcrest Maintenance upgrade its fleet with Low Emission Zone (LEZ) compliant vehicles, supporting both operational efficiency and environmental responsibility.
This renewed contract also includes a commitment by LCM Vans to an ongoing charitable donation of 2% of the total spend from Hillcrest Maintenance each year, and reflects LCM Vans’ support for the life-changing work that’s enabled by the Hillcrest Foundation.
Steven Elder, Hillcrest Foundation Chair, said: “The ongoing support from LCM Vans is a key part of Hillcrest’s commitment to investing in communities and promoting sustainable business practices.
“Donations such as this ensure we can continue our vital work in helping reduce inequalities, isolation and improve health and wellbeing across Scotland.”
