Hi I’m Sophie and I have Autism and mental health challenges. I’ve also experienced homelessness and isolation.
By coming to the Hub, I have made friends and increased my confidence. The staff are always there for me no matter the problem or issue I’m having. I feel accepted by everyone at the Hub, and feel like I belong somewhere.
My support workers at the Hub have motivated and inspired me to look after myself and my home. They’ve helped show me that I deserve to live my life and be happy. They make me believe in myself.
I look forward to my future and will continue to visit the Hub. I really enjoy the excursions and trips the most.
