Festive Opening Hours
Our offices and telephone lines will be closed over the festive break from 4:00pm on Fri
day 22 December and will fully reopen at 8:45am Wednesday 3rd January 2024. If you need to contact us on the days we are open, we will be providing a limited service, please call our Customer Service line on 0300 123 2640 between 9:00am and 4:00pm.
Our housing and repair customer service teams will be available to answer calls and enquiries from 9:00am – 4:00pm on Wednesday 27 December to Friday 29 December 2023.
Our emergency repair line will be available 24/7 by calling 08000 324888. Please only use this to report emergency repairs. You can also report non-emergency repairs, or general enquiries using our MyHillcrest tenant app, or by emailing: repair@hillcrest.org.uk or customerservice@hillcrest.org.uk
