Hillcrest Developments Update

We’re excited to announce two significant development projects that have just got underway in the past few weeks:
- Abbeyfield, Crieff (9 supported accommodation units for Hillcrest Futures). Being developed by Hadden Construction and in partnership with Scottish Government and Perth and Kinross Council, Abbeyfield will deliver 24-hour supported accommodation for people with learning disabilities. The site is a former care home which has now been demolished. Completion is estimated to be mid 2025.
- Park Hotel, Dundee (18 flats for social rent). This development on the site of the former Park Hotel in Lochee, Dundee is being constructed by George Martin Builders Limited in partnership with Scottish Government. Completion is also estimated to be mid 2025.
