We have asked an independent market research company (Knowledge Partnership) to contact a random sample of tenants by telephone or electronically by email to find out what we are doing well as your landlord and any areas where we could improve our service to you.
The survey will take place over four weeks starting Monday 20 May and each telephone interview should last approximately 10 minutes. If you are contacted by Knowledge Partnership and agree to take part in the survey, everything you say will be treated as anonymous and confidential. No one at Hillcrest Homes will know what you as an individual tenant has said.
All tenant feedback will be grouped together to provide a report for Hillcrest staff and board members. Taking part in the survey is completely optional but we would encourage you to give us your views. The more tenants that provide feedback, the better we can shape our services to meet the needs of all our tenants.
