Due to the forecasted storm tomorrow, we wanted to advise our customers of the arrangements we will have in place.
All of our Hillcrest Homes offices will be closed tomorrow and our teams will be working from home. To ensure the safety of our staff, no planned maintenance or routine jobs will take place and emergency repairs will only take place out with red weather warning areas if deemed safe to do so.

Our repairs customer services team both during the day and out of hours are likely to be extremely busy and your call may take longer to be answered over the next couple of days. Please bear with us and only call with genuine emergencies. Non-emergency repairs can be booked through the Myhillcrest app.
For any fence damage: repairs cannot be attended to until the weather improves so please notify us either by email at repair@hillcrest.org.uk or call to report it next week.
