2024 is looking to be a big year for our new-build development programme. In the heart of Dundee, we’ll have 198 affordable properties completed by the end of Spring, giving the city a welcome boost of affordable homes.
66 of these are mid-market rent properties in an apartment block overlooking the Tay, and 28 more have been delivered at our Seagate development, which offers outstanding views over the city.
Our development at Derby Street in partnership with Dundee City Council has delivered a further 58 homes for social rent, and 22 for mid-market, while our Candle Lane development offers 24 for social rent.
But that’s not all. We’ve also got developments at Dundee’s Murraygate, Lochee Road and Gellatly Street in full swing, as well as another apartment block at Victoria Quay to come shortly.
These city centre properties will put tenants right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from a wide range of amenities, and offering easy active travel opportunities.
