**Important update for tenants**

Our IT team is currently working to resolve an issue with the automatic email that is sent to acknowledge receipt of emails sent to our Customer Service and Repair email address.

If you do not receive this, please note our service standard timescales are:

  • We will log your email and either respond or pass to the relevant team within 2 working days.

*Please note the following:

  • If you require a call back from another member of staff it may take a further 2 working days from being logged.
  • If you are letting us know about a service complaint or anti-social behaviour, the timescale for a response is 5 working days.
  • If you have a repair request, we shall aim to log this within two working days.  All non-emergency repairs should be complete from the date of being logged within 10 working days.
