Important notice for tenants regarding our customer service line

On Friday 4 November our Housing and Customer Service teams will be unavailable to answer telephone calls or respond to general enquiries due to a Staff Conference.

You can still report emergency repairs 24/7 by calling 08000 324888, and for any non-emergency repair enquiries, our advisors will be available on Friday between 8am and 1pm.

You can book repair appointments, view your rent statement and log general enquiries through the MyHillcrest app or by email to customerservice@hillcrest.org.uk and these will be actioned on Monday 7 November.
