Important info for households with an RTS electricity meter

The Radio Teleswitch (RTS) turn off will now to take place between 2nd March and 17th June 2026.
There is no information available to advise a timetable for the switch off in each area.
Your energy supplier has been in touch already to arrange the upgrade to a smart meter, and you should now contact them to arrange an appointment for these works to be carried out.
This upgrade will make sure your heating and hot water still functions as it should and that your energy costs are correct.
