Pay your rent via Allpay using the MyHillcrest app

How to pay your rent

Your rent is due on or before the first of each month, or by agreement with a member of the Income Management Team.  Call us on 0300 123 2640 if you want to discuss anything to do with your rent payments or account.

There are a number of ways that you can pay your rent:

  1. Direct Debit is our preferred method of payment – it is easy and reliable and staff will do everything for you.  All you need to do is give our Income Management Team a call on 0300 123 2640 and let us do the rest.
  2. Allpay Swipe card: Take your rent card to any location that displays a Post Office, Pay Zone, or PayPoint logo to make your payment.
  3. Download the Allpay app or visit www.allpayments.net.  You will need to register using an e-mail address and password and then you’ll need the 19 digit number on your Allpay Card
  4. Over the Phone: call us on 0300 123 2640 and select Option 3 Make a payment.  We accept all major debit and credit cards.
  5. Bank transfer: If making a payment by bank transfer, please use the following details:
