How to pay your rent
Your rent is due on or before the first of each month, or by agreement with a member of the Income Management Team. Call us on 0300 123 2640 if you want to discuss anything to do with your rent payments or account.
There are a number of ways that you can pay your rent:
- Direct Debit is our preferred method of payment – it is easy and reliable and staff will do everything for you. All you need to do is give our Income Management Team a call on 0300 123 2640 and let us do the rest.
- Allpay Pay by Link: A new quick and easy way to pay your rent from the comfort of your own home. Save time and make a payment anytime, anywhere with Allpay’s Pay By Link. We send you a link by text or email, it’s completely secure and you can use it over and over again. Give us a call and we’ll set it up for you in minutes. Call 0300 123 2640 and ask for the Income Management Team.
- Allpay Swipe Card: Take your rent card to any location that displays a Post Office, Pay Zone, or PayPoint logo to make your payment.
- Download the MyHillcrest App: You can pay your rent through the MyHillcrest App app. To register we will need your email address on file, get in touch with us on 0300 123 2640 to make sure we have it.
- Over the Phone: Call us on 0300 123 2640 and select Option 3 Make a payment. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
- Bank Transfer: If making a payment by bank transfer, please use the following details:
