The events aim to raise awareness of overdose, remember loved ones who have passed away, celebrate recovery journeys and provide people with the knowledge and tools needed to save lives.
A key feature of the events is free naloxone training. Naloxone is a safe medication that can temporarily reverse the effects of an opioid overdose and can provide vital time until emergency services arrive. Free naloxone kits will also be available.
