This milestone marks the start of exciting new career journeys for both individuals.

On the same day, Hillcrest and Quest reaffirmed their commitment to developing young talent by welcoming six new apprentices embarking on their own Modern Apprenticeship in Business and Administration, alongside an SVQ Level 6 qualification.
These apprentices have already begun gaining hands-on experience across a variety of disciplines, working alongside experienced professionals at Hillcrest. Quest will provide dedicated support throughout the programme, ensuring each apprentice receives the guidance and resources needed to succeed.
The induction session included an overview of the qualification, a focus on meta-skills development and planning for the first unit.
“We’re thrilled to be working with Hillcrest again to support these apprentices,” said Laura Mason, Quest. “Apprenticeships are a vital bridge between education and employment, and it’s exciting to be part of their journey.”

Hillcrest echoed this sentiment: “This partnership reflects our shared values of empowerment and education,” said Jamie McCunnie, Hillcrest Young Workforce Development Partner. “We’re proud to help these apprentices build confidence, gain qualifications, and contribute meaningfully to our organisation and beyond.”
Early feedback highlights the positive impact of the programme, which combines technical training with personal development to prepare apprentices for long-term success.
This collaboration between Hillcrest and Quest will continue over the next year, investing in people, building skills and shaping a brighter future for the workforce.
