To help you build on your personal development, our Learning & Development team has teamed up with the Skills Network to provide a range of free learning resources and courses.
These can be done in your own time for personal development, or they can be agreed in discussion with your line manager as an outcome of your Annual Review development objectives and time can be allocated to help you complete them.
All staff will receive an email from Michael Burton at Skills Network with a link to their website which will contain all the information you need. He will also be able to answer any questions you may have.
Many of the courses are accredited and these learning opportunities are there to support your learning journey in Hillcrest. They can help with career progression, transition and more. Line managers should have a look at what training is available to support your team’s development.
We hope that you make the most of this free resource. Soon, we will also make our tenants and people who use our services aware so that they can participate in these opportunities too.
Hillcrest will receive regular updates re access and progress/completions. This will help us keep your learning records up to date.
