We are excited to tell you that the way that we send out satisfaction surveys for repairs is changing.
As of tomorrow (22 June), we can offer digital satisfaction repairs surveys by text or email. For some repairs carried out you may receive a survey by text or email as quick as an hour of the work being completed. Some surveys may take slightly longer to reach you but you will have the chance to tell us if you are satisfied with the repair and your experience during the process.
The surveys are shorter and easier to complete as it can take less than 2 minutes to do at your own convenience. We will use your responses to review what we are doing well and also to highlight any areas that we need to improve on.
To take part in the surveys we will need to have your mobile number and/or email address, so don’t forget to tell Hillcrest if these change.
