On Friday 17 May, our housing and customer service teams are attending a staff conference and will not be available to answer telephone calls or respond to any digital enquiries throughout the day.
Our repairs customer service team will be available between 8 am and 1 pm, but after 1 pm you will only be able to report emergency repairs by calling 08000 324888.
For non-urgent repairs or enquiries, please use the MyHillcrest app or email customerservice@hillcrest.org.uk or repair@hillcrest.org.uk and these will be picked up on Monday .
