You can still report emergency repairs during this period by calling our out of hours team on the usual number 08000 324 888.
Please note the tenant self service facility on the website will also be unavailable from 1pm but you can still make payments by calling 0300 123 2640 and selecting option 3. You can also send any non urgent enquiries by email to customerservice@hillcrest.org.uk and these will be responded to on Monday 6th April when normal service resumes.
