The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) and the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (EIRs) give people the right to access information held by Hillcrest. Together these two laws are referred to as the Freedom of Information legislation. This legislation does not cover all information held by Hillcrest, but we will respond to all Freedom of Information requests.
