The Young Person’s Guarantee (YPG) is a commitment to bring together employers, partners and young people. It aims to connect every 16 to 24 year old in Scotland to an opportunity. Hillcrest has recently been accredited as a YPG employer, reflecting our commitment to employing a range of young people in roles such as apprenticeships, training and work experience, giving them the opportunity to pick up new skills and boost their CV.
