In order to find the best way to help you, Hillcrest Energy Advice Team (HEAT) is conducting a survey into how you use energy in your home.
The questionnaire allows the team to identify how much you are spending on energy and enables HEAT to tailor their services to help bring those costs down. The survey only takes a few minutes to complete over the phone with one of the team’s trained, and some of the support available includes:
– Heating upgrade
– Shower installation
– Energy advice
– Assistance in switching supplier
– Benefit entitlement check
– Debt write-off
– Warm Home Discount
