Recovery Week 2020 – Stories of Recovery

Recovery Week is an online event being held by Perth & Kinross Alcohol and Drugs Partnership and mental health charity Lighthouse for Perth, to tackle stigma and promote mental health recovery.
The theme of the week is “angels” and throughout the week we will be sharing stories from our service users of their experiences of recovery, loss, grief, mental health, addiction and their hopes for the future.
Recovery stories
Service users of our Perth Recovery Service have written their own personal experiences with recovery through poems, stories and song lyrics. Hillcrest Futures’ Perth Recovery Service supports individuals and families affected by substance misuse across Perth and Kinross.
