Here are the answers to some questions you have about our communal area maintenance service.
We will maintain most communal areas. If your property has it’s own garden (including back, front or side garden areas), you will be responsible for this.
Some communal outdoor areas may also be the responsibility of the tenants to maintain – if you are unsure if we will maintain a communal area or if it is up to the tenants, you can get in touch with your housing officer.
It may also be a third-party contractor we use to maintain communal outdoor areas.

In most cases, we will also maintain indoor communal areas, but again, there could be exceptions in some places. To check is your indoor communal areas are covered, please contact your housing officer.
