Due to a computer systems update, our housing and customer service teams will not be available to answer telephone calls or respond to any digital enquiries on Wednesday 3 July after 1pm.

You can still report emergency repairs which can be done by calling 08000 324888. For non-urgent repairs or enquiries please use the Myhillcrest app or email customerservice@hillcrest.org.uk or repair@hillcrest.org.uk and these will be picked up on Thursday.
