Jordan, Supported Person at Finavon Terrace Housing with Care, Dundee

Hello, my name is Jordan, and I’m supported by Hillcrest Futures to live as independently as possible.

I’ve lived at Finavon for over a year now and I’m really happy here. I have learning disabilities, epilepsy and an acquired brain injury.

Hillcrest staff have changed my life as the staff at Finavon have helped me learn to clean and I can now also cook a meal from scratch. Staff also help me to go to activities, that I wouldn’t have been able to by myself.

I’m excited for my future, and want to learn to become more independent and learn new skills. Going to new activities and having continued support from my carers will help me become even more independent.
