Meet The Team

Operations Manager

Shirley Craik

Shirley's main duties are to provide a supportive role to the team's Community Housing Officers, Housing Advice Officer, Maintenance Officers and Housing Advice Assistants. She is responsible for overseeing the housing management and maintenance activities of the team including allocations, rent arrears, neighbour disputes, property and estate management

Housing Advice Officer

Susan Laing

Susan supervises the Housing Advice and Clericial Assistants, dealing with (first point of contact) customer enquiries and applicant, rent and tenancy administration for Edinburgh. Susan also carries out tenancy sign-ups and tenancy management for our Supported Accommodation. 

Community Housing Officers

Jann Gunn and Darren Todd

Our Community Housing Officers are responsible for managing the estates and areas in which you live. They make sure that conditions set down in the tenancy agreement are kept to and are responsible for dealing with more serious anti-social behaviour complaints and carrying out rent arrears visits.

Maintenance Officers

Brian Colvin & Mark Laurie

Brian and Mark are responsible for day to day responsive repairs service and the monitoring of contractors performance. They are also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our estates and ensuring areas are kept in good condition.
