Hillcrest Housing Association has over 160 staff and we were recognised as being in the top 2% of companies receiving Investors in People (IIP) status when we were awarded IIP Gold in 2011.  We were reaccredited IIP Gold in 2013 and in September 2015 we received an Investors in Young People accreditation.
