The Service

We are recruiting a full- time clerical/receptionist to work in our busy office in Dundee City Centre on a fixed term basis. You will be the first point of contact for telephone enquiries and members of the public wishing to access one of the clinics. You will be responsible for directing enquiries and notifying staff when clients arrive. There will be general clerical duties such as, responding to emails, scanning documents, mail merges, and ordering stationary and office supplies as required. You will also have responsibility for room booking, training events, hospitality and any associated IT requirements for training/meetings. 

 

You Will

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a customer facing role and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service.  You will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a friendly and helpful manner. You should have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as office and outlook.

The clinics provide support for vulnerable young people and adults. The office can be particularly busy therefore you should have the ability to work on your own, under pressure and be able to prioritise and organise your workload.

The Job

 

 The HR Assistant is responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative Human Resource Service to the Hillcrest Group of Companies.

 

 

 

As an HR Assistant your main responsibilities will include:

 

 

 

·       Ensuring that all employee records are maintained, up to date and accurate

 

·       Coordinating and administering the recruitment and selection process

 

·       Preparing of statistical reports for managers and Committee

 

·       Prioritisation and coordination of general administration tasks associated with the HR function

 

 As an HR Assistant your skills and experience will include:

 

 

 

·       Educated to SCQF Level 7 or equivalent professional qualification

 

·       Strong administration skills and previous experience working within an HR role

 

·       Experience of providing administration support for recruitment

 

  • Experience in producing statistical reports
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Relief Concierge - Dundee and Forfar

We currently require Relief Concierges to work in our temporary homeless accommodation in Forfar and Dundee. 

The successful candidates will cover for periods of Sickness and Annual Leave and have experience of working with vulnerable people.

Previous Concierge experience is not essential but would be preferred.
