  • Ensuring that you are kept informed, and have access to information in respect of your rights and choices 

 How can we support you?

  • Give advice and assistance with benefits
  • If you are a new tenant, assist you to settle into your new home
  • Ensure repairs are carried out where necessary
  • Provide help to check the safety of your home
  • Give you advice and assistance with budgeting
  • Advocate on your behalf regarding tenancy issues
  • Advise and assist you to be a good neighbour
