What We Offer

We are an equal opportunities employer and an accredited Investor in People. We offer all staff at least 32 days annual leave rising to 37 after 5 years.

Training is an important part of work, both to meet the statutory requirements of the Scottish Council for Social Services and the Care Commission and to promote learning and development of all staff. Gowrie is registered as an Approved Centre with the Scottish Qualifications Authority and we offer training in SVQ II,III and IV. As well as the core training that staff require, we offer project specific and service user specific training. Internal progression and promotion is encouraged and there are opportunities to progress within the organisation.
