Latest Inspection Reports

The purpose of the Care Commission inspections is to regulate for improvement. They aim to raise the standards of care in Scotland by involving people who are cared for, their carers and families, and working with people who provide care. Their inspections are graded making them more targeted and focused more on people who use services, and their carers.

In the last round of inspections 100% of our projects have been graded good or above. 21% of our projects were rated excellent, 48% very good and 31% good. 5 of our projects got full range of excellent across the board.
